Straightline Fitness offers bespoke triathlon programs that work towards you next triathlon. From sprint right through to Ironman training we can write a program to suits you.
When requesting a program we undertake an initial consultation with you that will outline, such things as time available to train, race distance, your goal or finish time, previous sporting history, equipment and much more. Once we have a picture of your needs we will write a training plan specifically for you.
Training programs are set out weekly and require input from you each week on how you are going and your fatigue levels, stage of training and any other influenceing factors such as working away from home.
