Straightline Fitness runs Straightline Energy outdoor fitness boot camp sessions, throughout the week in Battersea Park.

Our Straightline Energy sessions utilise a variety of training methods and have proven successful, fun and challenging and are sure to get you straight to your fitness goals.

No session is ever the same and you won't know what you are doing until you turn up on the day. We like to keep you on your toes so come prepared to work hard and we will ensure you leave with a smile on your face, and a tired body.

Sessions will utilise the following methods and equipment:

  • Body weight exercise
  • TRX training
  • Boxing
  • Running
  • Medicine balls
  • Tyres
  • Power bags
  • Kettle bells
  • and much much more.

Our Straightline Energy session are non-military style and we pride ourselves in making sure you are using correct technique and avoiding injuries.
